@smorgy13 A few are saying this & I get the logic but Boro (if it’s found to be the case) were disadvantaged by Southampton spying on them I can’t see how we could be compensated ahead of them. I’d love it but just can’t see how that would be the outcome

@KaneP1111 @Thunda007 I would love nothing more to see us get promoted but 1. We had 4 points off Southampton this season so if they did spy, they did a rubbish job and 2. 4 teams made the play-offs, 3 did the right things, 1 didn’t. Millwall and Hull have nothing to do with spying

@KaneP1111 @Thunda007 Thanks Kane, appreciate you want my opinion. Imagine how many clubs could come forward, the entire league could put together and argument. If it’s found Boro were disadvantaged in the play-offs by cheating, they should take Southampton’s place - that’s my opinion

@lukehogan15 The issue with that, whilst obviously benefiting Millwall, at the start of the season, the top 6 is the way to have a shot at promotion - Hull achieved it fair and square, also beat us over 2 legs, they’d have done nothing wrong and just kicked out. Whole thing is a mess

@SPJ91 I'm obviously biased, and it certainly won't happen, but I genuinely think the cleanest way would be to cancel the play-offs and promote the 3rd placed team on the basis that all teams can claim to have been impacted by the spying. This "balances" it out across the season.

@LB23042 The simple argument would be that Boro were impacted by the ‘cheating’ of Southampton if they’re found guilty and we wasn’t. We lost our tie fair and square, Boro will argue they were at a disadvantage and no fault of their own

@SPJ91 Rubbish lol. I’m not saying Millwall should be in it at all but how can you progress Boro to the final when they just lost. Millwall reportedly submitted their own evidence as did other clubs. A huge fine is the only way out or it will be a mess.

Don’t really care about Scottish football but that decision to hand Celtic a penalty (VAR recommended) in injury time is absolutely ridiculous which now makes it easier for them to now win the title on the final day… Corruption at its finest, happens at every level of football
