I was the sole opposition councillor on Manchester City council when 95/96 councillors were Labour. I stood up for social & affordable housing, more investment in our area, and much more when I was on my own.
With more Lib Dem cllrs, we can do so much more for Manchester 🐝

It wasn't that long ago that every Labour councillor in Manchester voted against our motion to scrap the two child benefit cap. Now, they're magically in favour after being told what to do by Labour HQ.
We had to fight Manchester Labour tooth and nail to scrap the cap!

Happy St Patrick’s Day ☘️ We polled how many pints of Guinness people think they’d be able to drink in one sitting, for most it’s 0-2. Liberal Democrat voters stand out (unusually!) as being the most likely to say they could drink more than 8 pints of Guinness in one sitting.
