@nikestore I bought shorts online in the UK. They were the wrong size. The exchanged bigger pair never arrived. So I bought a new pair and was told to call back to get my postage cost refunded. 1st time I was cut off. 2nd time the Nike Athlete couldn’t hear me. Poor service! #AI

@IndianaGPA I saw DLR in London 25 years ago & was surprised that his voice wasn’t better then. How was his live singing back in the 80s?

I’m a huge Van Halen fan, actually worked security back in early 80’s for them…but this was painful to watch, David Lee is ruining his legacy ✌️

😤 "Scored a great goal but his performance was atrocious!" 😡 "If we wanna win the World Cup Harry Kane has got to do more!" Gabby Agbonlahor slams Harry Kane's performance vs DR Congo despite his two-goal heroics! 😡😳

The spell since half-time is the best I've seen England play at a tournament in years. Shades of the performance against the Netherlands in 1990 (the highlights of which have been doing the rounds).

@MikeKeegan_DM Gabby Agbonlahor being one of the worst offenders, sadly. To (mis)quote Chris Sutton, “you’re better than that”.

Seeing a lot of gleeful mickey-taking from people who you’d imagine would snatch your arm off if you offered their clubs the season Arsenal have just had.

@SamueILFC 18 wins in a row is crazy. That said I prefer the league to be more competitive, not just one team steamrolling the opposition.

@DougieCritchley Bigger problem IMO is the number of clubs playing in the Champions League. The depth of strength in the Premier League means the English teams that fail to qualify for the Champions League have a good chance to win the Europa League & Conference League.

Aston Villa end their 30 year wait for a trophy in Europe. Spurs ended a 17 year wait for a trophy in Europe. West Ham ended a 43 year wait for a trophy in Europe. Palace have a very good chance of winning their first European trophy next week. Massive congratulations to Villa and I don't mean to take anything away from those teams, or their supporters... But the financial advantage that the Premier League has over the rest of Europe, appears to have ruined the competitive balance in the Europa League and Conference League. Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Barcelona, they'll always be able to compete in the Champions League due to their immense pull in attracting the best talent... But in the two competitions below? Different story. But take tonight's game... Aston Villa wage bill for 24/25 was reportedly £273m, Freiburg's was £20.6m. That's just not a level playing field!

@sainsburys hi - we often buy Sainsbury’s toilet paper. But in our most recent pack one roll was malformed. Please see the picture. This probably should be fedback as a QC issue to the manufacturer? Kind regards, Luke.

Kudos to Manchester City for freezing ticket prices following consultations with fans. Shows the importance of engaging with fans’ networks like City Matters. Kudos to @BroadstockLee @citymattersreps @WeAre1894. City have listened to fans which not enough clubs do. City are a wealthy club, it’s good PR, but it’s also the right thing to do. Fans bring the noise, the atmosphere, the mood boosts for players. Fans bring the backdrop that TV pays billions for. Clubs should show respect to fans and be measured in ticketing policies, especially given economic pressures on fans. City say they have “taken the approach in recognition of the extraordinary accumulated impact of the current cost of living pressures on fans and their families”. Still issues like those loyal fans being moved to accommodate corporates (club currently emailing fans of details). But, overall, City deserve praise. The introduction of 4,000 “Flexi-Season Tickets”, with 50% ringfenced for juniors, should definitely be welcomed. They are the future. Simplifying the ticket transfer policy makes sense and is fairer. “Fans will be able to list up to 18 friends and family, regardless of membership status, and can do this at any point throughout the season if they are unable to attend a match”. Makes it easier to hit the 10 mandatory games. Fans’ group 1894 “welcomes today's announcement from the club which is in direct contrast to other clubs in the Premier League who have been raising their match ticket and season ticket prices. It is undoubtedly a win for the fans and a vindication for the benefits of collective action across the fan base”. Main points of City announcement below... 👇 #MCFC
