@virginmedia I’m having yet more issues with miscommunication from your company. I was told my services would be cancelled with no cancellation fee as I was moving house and taking Virgin media with us, however my last bill has frankly extortionate cancellation fees. Unacceptable

@virginmedia I was told the switch would happen on the 30th, however my partner was told this couldn’t happen until 7th June. I was also told there would be no installation fee. Please can you also confirm that, as agreed, my current contract will end upon the commencement of the new one.
