Norway dominated? That’s a but much! Yeah, they had good chances, but England came from behind, kept Haaland goaless and won in extra time. And “FIFA had the final say” is a bit of speculation, the available sensor data showed no contact with the cable. I get the disappointment but this wasn’t clearly a robbery!
