We lack all those things you mentioned which comes to down to the manager, but you will never see Keane & Neville pointing those deficiencies. To them, it’s always about Passion & Desire or lack of. Hence, why they themselves failed as managers

If passion only wins you games, why don’t we hire motivational speaker as manager.
