shounen heads can’t comprehend that when a good writer sets something up they’re gonna eventually explain it. You guys are so used to seeing dropped storylines that waiting for a narrative to take its time feels like an impossible task.

The other characters aren't much better. Agott's confrontational attitude towards Coco from the start felt extremely trite and pointless like the story telling us "here's some character conflict or wtv" & the hints at a darker side to Qifrey having ulterior motives-

@Mc_Johanson real, while empathy is not really a desired currency in nowadays' world, i do feel glad i can have a bit more of an open mind/heart thanks to my experiences

@LuminenLuumu I think about this topic sometimes. While being miserable is still misery, there is a part of me that feels fortunate for having experienced it, precisely for this reason

and its sadly not even their fault because they simply do not have the perspective or experience. to them it will always be laziness, lack of structure, lack of morale, because the behaviours that are a symptom of mental illness would be just that in a mentally healthy person

I hate mentally well people. I mean it. They're cruel and they're hateful in ways that even I'm not. I hate people who don't know what it's like to live with mental illness.

partly a reason why interacting with well-off people makes me uncomfortable. because i know many parts of my life would be embarrassing for them, or pathetic, or pitiful, or they'd perceive it as laziness and lack of 'hard work' or w/e. not their fault but i rly avoid it
