My advice to everyone is to avoid @lastminute_com!

I have contacted the airline many times, and they told me that if I had bought directly from them, avoiding @lastminute_com, they would help me, but since I paid @lastminute_com, they are the only ones who can make changes.

Now, when I contact @lastminute_com, a protocol is generated, and I get an email saying that they tried to contact me (not true) and that I must contact directly the airline (avoiding help for a service they charged me for)!

I would like to advise anyone planning to buy a ticket via @lastminute_com to avoid it. I have paid an additional fee to be able to change the date of my flight and other adjustments.
