@YaleHomeUK I have been using my Easy Fit Smartphone Alarm EF Kit 3 since I bought it in 2016 right up until November when I switched to an Apple HomeKit compatible system. I am selling it as it’s still in very good condition and works perfectly. Is there likely to be any issues?

@meeteve The last email I had was at 14.30 - more than 2 hours ago, I responded half an hour later and haven’t heard back because the advice did not work/was not useful.

@meeteve hi there, I have 3 Eve cams which have been working properly for months. I changed my routers yesterday - from 2 Apple Extremes to 2 Linksys Velop MX5300s. Everything else is connected and working. It’s just my Eve cams. Please can you help? I’ve already sent an email.

@meeteve It’s very frustrating that it takes so long to fix a problem.

@LuqT In case the routers use WPA3, have you tried switching them to WPA2, then adding the Eve Cams, and once they are up and running, moving back to WPA3?

@meeteve I have them set to WPA2 not WPA3 to enable broadest compatibility. Anything else I can try? I’ve reset and restarted multiple times.
