Meet the latest @O2 recruit – Daisy – the ‘Head of Scammer Relations’ created by state-of-the-art AI to answer calls in real-time from fraudsters, keeping them on the phone and away from customers.
Working alongside former Love Islander and scam victim Amy Hart, Daisy has been designed to help Brits swerve the scammers.
We’re urging customers more than ever to remain vigilant, leave ‘scambaiting’ to the AI experts and report suspected fraudulent calls and texts for free to 7726.

The telecom giant has created this ‘Head of Scammer Relations’ to keep 1000s of fraudsters on the phone for as long as possible - talking to AI instead of vulnerable ‘real’ humans.
This example of dAIsy in action on today’s @BBCRadio2 @theJeremyVine Show is even better than O2’s own PR video - and a perfect way to illustrate AI seamlessly in conversation with a human!
