The Kansas City Chiefs have released the first renderings for their stadium that is set to open in 2031.

The scary thing here is that IMAX can't build any more new projectors. (They apparently don't have a complete set of the engineering blueprints, most of the engineers who designed them have retired or passed away, and the parts supply chains have long since dried up.) So the goal for the foreseeable future is to upgrade and keep all the existing projectors running for as long as they can.

Mahomes is close to Phase III while still throwing to his Phase I TE and it's Year 5 of "Hope" as KC's WR1 This is dangerous territory to be in as they possibly won't have Kelce or Rice on the roster in 2027, and Worthy doesn't look ready to step up as WR1 and they have no replacement ready for Kelce. But if you look at history, Montana would have had Rice/Taylor/Jones if he stayed healthy in the 90s. All Phase II pickups. The Patriots gave Brady in 07-09 (Years 8-10) Moss, Welker, Edelman, and Gronk, the last two staying with him thru the 6th SB win. By the time Marvin Harrison was slowing down in Indy, Manning had Wayne and Clark ready to eat more. Roethlisberger moved on from the days of Bettis and Ward and had Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell. If your best weapon is a guy that stalks the box just looking for a chance, Norway is going to have to start lobbing some balls up for Haaland to give him a chance to do something special. Stop looking for the perfect setup.
