Does anyone think that the State visit and dinner by the Royal Family for Nigeria would not have happened if Prince Harry and Meghan did not visit 🇳🇬 in 2024, where Meghan was made a Princess and they indicated that they would make future trips there? It was well reported that King Charles and Prince William were fuming about this and would likely use ‘back channels’ to stop the Sussex doing future foreign visits (tours). In May 25 Harry told the BBC that Charles told other countries not to give them security. So that was one method. Could this state visit be another method, like how they try fraternise and patronise anyone who they feel are helpful allies of the Sussexes and will entertain them?
