Summary: Remain on adjusted level three. Land borders closed (with exceptions) until 15 Feb. Alcohol ban remains. Curfew 9pm to 5am. No gatherings except funerals max 50 (but funerals are death traps). No decision yet on schools. Vaccines are coming, no details. 15k in hospital.
