7th grade daughter had a friend over to work on a school project, and she told me that I was the tallest person she has ever met. Okay, that’s pretty sweet, but it seems likely she hasn’t been out and around all that much.

An old friend is in town so a few guys from my basketball playing days were getting together for dinner, but first priority was getting my girls through their basketball games. Maybe the next time that former astronaut who was ISS commander is in town I’ll be free.

Heartbreaking. A Minneapolis family driving home from their son’s basketball game in their car with six kids, including a 6-month-old, was hit by tear gas & flash-bangs from ICE agents, leaving their baby struggling to breathe and hospitalized. This is unacceptable. ICE is making our state less safe.

I'm a published author known in particular for a certain bestseller. We named our daughter after the main character in the book. Later had a second daughter, who wasn't named after a character. I'm now going to have to write a new book before she gets older & realises, aren't I?

Had a medical treatment bill that I checked with my insurance on, and so they called the facility to get more info. They can’t get through. They tried alternate numbers. Same luck. I call with insurance on the line and am quickly speaking to someone. Well isn’t that odd.

I found this weird enough to share. I bought pool filter replacement parts yesterday and some “supplies” today, both at Leslies. This graphic is from my card site and has not been altered. On top of that the charge spells something!
