🚨 PROJECT FREEDOM: U.S. MOVES TO BREAK IRAN’S STRAIT OF HORMUZ BLOCKADE
FROM A REPORT RELEASED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF WAR
The U.S. has launched “Project Freedom” to restore commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz after Iran disrupted traffic and trapped vessels inside the Gulf.
Key details from the report:
Over 1,500 vessels and 22,500 mariners are currently stuck as Iran has spent weeks threatening and targeting commercial shipping.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth says the mission is: Reopen the strait and protect global commerce without entering Iranian territory.
Already:
U.S.-flagged ships escorted by American destroyers have successfully transited, directly challenging Iran’s claim of control.
The scale of the operation:
• 100+ aircraft providing 24/7 coverage
• Guided missile destroyers countering drones and fast boats
• 15,000+ U.S. personnel securing the corridor
• A protected maritime zone now active in the Gulf
Why this matters:
The Strait of Hormuz carries roughly 20% of the world’s oil supply.
This is no longer just a regional issue.
It’s a direct confrontation over control of global trade flows.
The message: Iran cannot weaponize international commerce.
The question now: Does Iran pull back… or push further?

🇺🇦🎯🇷🇺 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗔 𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗖𝗛!
For most of 2025, U.S. officials were discouraging Ukraine from hitting Russian oil infrastructure specifically because the strikes were contributing to global energy price increases that were politically uncomfortable domestically.
In October 2025, the Trump administration quietly approved expanded U.S. intelligence sharing with Ukraine for long-range deep strikes inside Russia, specifically targeting energy infrastructure and military-industrial sites.
There was no public announcement, no Rose Garden ceremony, and when the WSJ and Reuters reported it, Trump called the stories "FAKE NEWS."
Officials confirmed the policy shift privately.
Fast forward to March 2026: U.S. intelligence confirmed Russia was supplying Iran with satellite imagery and targeting data on American military assets in the Middle East (WaPo, CNN, Reuters).
That data supported Iranian attacks that killed and wounded Americans and inflicted billions of dollars in damage to U.S. military bases, radar systems, aircraft, and infrastructure across the region.
The green light is given...
April and May 2026: Ukraine begins a sustained and highly effective deep strike campaign against Russia:
• April 2026 alone: At least 14 refineries and terminals hit, plus multiple defense plants. Targets stretched from Crimea to the Urals (Perm, Orsk, Chelyabinsk).
•Tuapse Refinery struck four times in April. Key units damaged, dozens of storage tanks destroyed. The facility processes 12 million tons/year (4.4% of Russia’s total refining) and supplies fuel to Russian forces.
•April 29: Perm Linear Production Dispatch Station and Orsk refinery hit — major fires reported, including “oil rain” in Perm.
•May 2–3: Russia’s largest Baltic export terminal at Primorsk struck (NASA FIRMS fires confirmed), along with a Karakurt-class corvette, patrol boat, and shadow fleet tankers. Simultaneous hits on two more shadow fleet tankers at Novorossiysk.
•May 4–5: Over 600 drones and six FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles. Confirmed strikes on VNIIR-Progress in Cheboksary (key producer of guidance/navigation systems for Shaheds, Kalibrs, and Iskanders) and the Kirishi refinery (KINEF) in Leningrad Oblast.
The precision, depth, and success rate on heavily defended targets at that range are difficult to explain without an active, high-quality intelligence pipeline.
Russia provided targeting support later used in attacks that killed and wounded Americans.
Ukrainian long range strike volumes, accuracy and success rates increase dramatically.
Draw your own conclusions.

We can only wish we had a team in the Ankole world then we would share what was said at the farm.
What we do know for a fact is Cyril cannot save ED even if he wanted to.
1) By December 2027 he wont be ANC President.
2) He is under serious pressure over Phalaphala with judgement due next week.
3) He is in a very fragile power sharing with DA and others.
We doubt Mr Ramaphosa can defend CAB3 publicly and fly only for that. Whatever the reason was it was more important than an endorsement.

Dear Zimbabweans, things are getting to a head in Zimbabwe.
Wispers from the corridors of power have revealed that President @CyrilRamaphosa's visit to Zimbabwe was a result of a clear message delivered to him by President of Mozambique, Daniel Francisco Chapo.
Chapo himself had been visited by an emmissary from Zimbabwe 's serving & retired generals who are concerned about the unconstitutional activities around #CAB3 & state capture by unscrupulous tenderprenuers, especially Wicknel Chivhayo, Kudakwashe Tagwirei & Tempter Tungwarara.
After being approached by the generals, President Chapo noted the important message and concerns the generals had & promised that the message against the constitutional violations in Zimbabwe could be best delivered to @edmnangagwa by President Ramaphosa, the acting SADC chairperson.
So that was the purpose of President Ramaphosa 's visit.
This is the message that Zvigananda wanted concealed. The narrative that Ramaphosa had come to assure ED that no coup would topple him is kindergarten propaganda by @wicknellchivayo and @daddyhope whom Chivhayo boasts is in his pocket.
Chivhayo provided the leak on Ramaphosa's visit to @daddyhope and he is also responsible for the lie that Ramaphosa's visit was about assuring ED of support against a coup.
Dear Zimbabweans, the situation in our country is very tense that even CIO Director General is now living under fear and has to pander to the Zvigananda instruction to tell ED propaganda in his intelligence reports.
Zvigananda are recording even casual conversations with top security personnel in search of any indications of resistance to #CAB3.
Fellow Zimbabweans might want to know that former CIO DG, Fulton Mangwanya was fired on the basis of a recording of his conversation with Tagwirei in which Mangwanya indicated that #CAB3 was so unpopular among Zimbabweans that going ahead with it had potential to destabilize the country.
Such recordings are presented to ED at opportune moments by Zvigananda, especially when his mental faculties are most affected by dementia.
The Zvigananda cabal strategically meet ED at his Borrowdale private offices.
Chivhayo has actually deployed a team of vapostori who now reside there under the pretext of 'praying for the president'. These monitor who else visits & provide Intel on the mental state of ED. When he is at his weakest, Zvigananda pounce on him and have him approve contracts for them and also make changes in government.
ED Branson, Tagwirei & Chivhayo have actually mastered how to manipulate ED's dementia to have people they don't like in government fired or transferred and also have deals & contracts approved during moments when the President 's cognitive faculties are in workshop mode.
That is the reason they circle him always and that is the reason they were close by when Ramaphosa visited.
ED is now hostage to these criminals and it doesn't look good to the Zimbabwean state.
It is one thing capturing the state and it is a whole new level when the state capture involves holding a sitting President hostage.
So the recordings are going on. The current DG has already been recorded telling his subordinates that they should be politically correct and tell ED & Zvigananda what they want to hear, not proper Intel from the ground.
Now, even the CIO is telling the President propaganda & people like @daddyhope are now very useful in propagating this propaganda through leaks he is given by @wicknellchivayo .
But Zimbabweans, don't despair. Your generals are watching the drama closely. SADC has been briefed, if it doesn't act, your generals will.

In politics, actions are words, and those actions are meant to speak louder than actual words.
By Ramaphosa coming to Zimbabwe to visit President Mnangagwa on a Sunday—after a week in which South Africans were protesting vehemently against foreigners, in a country where Zimbabweans constitute 40% of immigrants, and where the Ramaphosa government did not stop the protests—a week in which the former head of the army and Vice President gave an allegory about how King Hezekiah spent the rest of his years in prison after asking God to prolong his life, and immediately there were calls for his dismissal—it is clear that the visit illustrates an urgent attempt by President Ramaphosa to mediate a dangerous rift between the Vice President and the President that could fracture Zimbabwe and destabilize the whole region.
Ramaphosa is here to say to our President: you need to fix your house by uniting and stop making reckless decisions that could destabilize the country and region by displacing more of your people into a volatile South Africa.
It is clear that Zimbabwe is on the brink of another coup because of the reckless attempts by the President and his advisors to force-change the constitution in order for the current President to halt the ascendancy of Vice President Chiwenga. But that is not being taken lying down by the thousands of men and women who fought behind Chiwenga in Mozambique, Congo, and Angola and did peacekeeping in Sudan, Somalia and Chad, despite attempts to manipulate the leadership of the army.
How do we know this is the case? We know it from history, because just before the coup against Mugabe in 2017, Thabo Mbeki came to meet and warn Mugabe’s G40 that the military was not happy with their moves, and they did not take heed.
As a result of this failure, Thabo Mbeki has lost the respect that Zimbabweans used to have for him as a mediator; this is why Ramaphosa himself, as the President of the most powerful economy in Africa, had to come to try and speak sense into his counterpart, who is on the brink of causing the biggest instability in this region since apartheid.
Some say Ramaphosa is here to ask for money for the ANC’s election campaign, but the timing is not conducive for that, especially after the Ghanaian government has been loudly opposing the protests against foreigners in South Africa.
This visit is more a sign of a crisis than a friendly meeting between two leaders. Despite the South African government allowing protests against African foreigners—sending a loud message to leaders who mismanage their countries and displace refugees—Ramaphosa was compelled to come to Zimbabwe, the very country this message is mainly directed at, to avert an existential crisis that could spill even more Zimbabwean refugees into South Africa.
Another fact that proves this theory is had Ramaphosa come to ask for money on behalf for the ANC, other ANC leaders like the SG Fikile Mbalula would have come along, but he came alone. Additionally, South African government officials wouldn’t have leaked the information of the trip if it was not a sign of a crisis. Zimbabwe is at the brink and we hope leadership will prevail over self-interest.

English

Just realized I’ve been blocked by this unashamed ZANU PF idiot. The man is an economic refugee in South Africa but spends his time praising the same ZANU PF that forced him to leave.
If ZANU PF is so great, why aren't you back home working in Zimbabwe? He knows damn well that life here is a struggle and salaries especially for civil servants are a joke.
He knows that hospitals in Zimbabwe are broken, while in South Africa he can get an ambulance with one phone call.
He’s out here parading nonsense and defending a collapsing system just because he’s getting paid to do it. Msunu.

@adv_fulcrum The PEOPLE must DECIDE through a REFERENDUM. Zvimwe zvese zvemaprinciples blah blah blah hazvina basa.

Constitutions are not and should not be built around personalities; they must be founded on enduring principles and values. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and constitutions must be designed to survive the rainy day because they cannot be amended every time circumstances change.
Even if, for argument’s sake, ED knows what he is doing (a claim that requires a large suspension of disbelief), what if the next president is terrible? Do we then rewrite the constitution and cut the term to three months to suit their incompetence? Nation‑building cannot be driven by ephemeral interests, whatever their motivation. That is why CAB3 is a product of thoughtless delinquency, championed by people who have neither won an election nor built anything in the fields they claim to represent.
The guys in the photo below are both tall and short, depending on their environment—but they are both men, subject to one unchanging standard.

In EXACTLY 2 WEEKS, the 90 day consultation period for CAB3 comes to an end…
We remind Zimbabweans and others that:
1. CAB3 is not about President @edmnangagwa, or any other individual, it’s about Zimbabwe’s SYSTEMS of Governance…
2. CAB3 introduces NEW SYSTEMS that will be used by EVERYONE… These systems are GOOD FOR EVERYONE.
3. CAB3 has NOTHING TO DO with ZANU PF succession… Succession in ZANU PF is done according to the ZANU PF Constitution & is determined by ZANU PF structures.
4. CAB3 has 21 Clauses… it is a comprehensive amendment bill which removes inefficiencies & even contradictions in the 2013 COMPROMISE CONSTITUTION…
5. The Parliamentary Party, ZANU PF, is solidly united in support of the Bill… and they have the numbers to implement it. It’s a DONE DEAL

@nickmangwana If you want to reduce Political Time, go back to the electorate that has the CONSTITUTIONAL mandate to ELECT and request them. #REFERENDUM

A REVOLUTIONARY IS A CATALYST… A catalyst is substance that accelerates a chemical reaction by providing an alternative, lower-energy pathway, without being consumed or permanently changed in the process. General Constantino Chiwenga is the next President of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Not maybe. Not possibly. Not if circumstances permit. Not subject to amendment bills, parliamentary arithmetic, or the preferences of commercial networks that have confused their bank balances with political permanence.
Next. Full stop.
And let me be equally clear about the timeline. 2028. Elections. As scheduled. As constitutionally mandated. As the people of Zimbabwe are entitled to.
Not 2030 nonsense. Not 2031. Not after a referendum that nobody asked for, nobody wants, and that over ninety percent of Zimbabweans have already rejected in their hearts even before the ballot paper is designed. The Constitution of Zimbabwe the same Constitution that CAB3 is designed to mutilate is unambiguous. Section 328 is unambiguous. The two-term limit is unambiguous. The requirement for a referendum to extend a sitting president's term is unambiguous.
2028. Not a day later.
On what CAB3 nonsense actually is.
I have said this before and I will say it again until it is heard in every corner of this republic. CAB3 is not a development instrument. It is not a continuity agenda. It is not about Vision 2030 or boreholes or solar panels or hospital refurbishments worthy as some of those programmes are.CAB3 is a blocking mechanism. It has one primary political function to prevent General Constantino Chiwenga from ascending to the presidency through the direct popular vote that he would win. Everything else the economic arguments, the development continuity narrative, the liberation history revisionism we heard from Chinamasa is dressing. It is the packaging on a product whose contents are the permanent postponement of Zimbabwe's constitutional succession reality.
The architects of CAB3 know that in a free, direct, popular election in 2028, General Chiwenga wins. They know it because the people know it. They know it because the security establishment knows it. They know it because even inside ZANU-PF behind closed doors, away from the cameras, in the conversations that happen between people who trust each other the succession reality has one name. And that name is Gwneral Chiwenga. "You do not spend this much political capital trying to change an election system unless you already know you cannot win under the existing one."
On Operation Restore Legacy.
November 2017 was not a coup. I will not call it a coup. The courts did not call it a coup. The people who came into the streets in their hundreds of thousands did not call it a coup. They called it liberation. They called it correction. They called it the moment Zimbabwe got a second chance.
Operation Restore Legacy made promises. Explicit, public, witnessed promises to the people of Zimbabwe, to the region, to the international community, and to history itself.
It promised constitutionalism. It promised the rule of law. It promised that Zimbabwe's democratic institutions would be respected and strengthened. It promised that the era of one-man, permanent, unaccountable rule was over.
Every one of those promises is now under assault by CAB3.
Let me say that with the full weight of what it means. The men who stood in that television studio on the 15th of November 2017 who read that statement, who put their stars and their freedom on the line, who asked Zimbabwe to trust them those men made a covenant with this nation.
That covenant is not dischargeable by gazette notice. It is not amendable by parliamentary majority. It cannot be revised because the political convenience of 2026 conflicts with the political promises of 2017.
Operation Restore Legacy is not over.
It is not over until constitutionalism is genuinely restored not performed, not simulated, not dressed up in development language while being systematically dismantled.

English

@nickmangwana The Ammendments alter fundamental POLITICAL RIGHTS. By CHANGING Presidential Elections from being DIRECT ELCETIONS by CITIZENS to a PARLIAMENT ELECTION SYSTEM, this SIGNIFICANTLY CHANGES the citizens POLITICAL RIGHTS in Chapter 4 of the constitution. This DEMANDS A REFERENDUM.
English

“Does the Constitution actually require a referendum for the changes being proposed?
A careful reading of the Constitution of Zimbabwe (2013) suggests the answer is no.
Section 328 is not a vague guideline. It is the Constitution’s procedural backbone for amendments. It sets out a two-track system. First, there are standard amendments. These can be passed by Parliament, provided there is a two-thirds majority in both houses and a 90-day period of public notice. This is not a loophole or a shortcut. It is the default mechanism deliberately built into the Constitution”#CAB3
