BY THE WILL OF GOD…“Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother.” Colossians 1:1 Paul's identity and mission as an apostle came entirely from God's will, not from human authority or personal ambition. He neither received his authority or teaching from people nor appointed himself. Instead, God had chosen and ordained him for this role according to His eternal purpose, revealed it to him in time, and commissioned him for the work. Paul's calling was based solely on God's grace and purpose, not on any personal ambition, merit or worthiness. Blessed Sabbath. Always and Forever ~nc #Godisinit

@ZimbaAlphandica I’m tired of this kind of propaganda, nonsense and lies. These innocent civilians were just in the CBD at the material time and were not fighting anyone or demonstrating for anybody. Don’t personalize national issues.

NEVER AGAIN… Today, we remember and honor the victims of 1 August 2018. May their memories continue to inspire the pursuit of freedom, justice, accountability, and peace. Rest in Power:
• Silvia Maphosa (53)
• Ishmael Kumire (43)
• Gavin Dean Charles (48)
• Jealous Chikandira (21)
• Brian Zhuwawo (26)
• Challenge Tauri (20) A national army exists to protect the citizens. It is, in essence, a citizens' army. It should never be deployed against the very citizens it is sworn to defend, nor used to shoot and kill unarmed civilians. Never Again. #NeverAgain

Zimbabwe Council of Churches
📢 PASTORAL LETTER TO THE NATION The Zimbabwe Council of Churches (ZCC) has issued a Pastoral Letter to the Nation, calling on all Zimbabweans to safeguard constitutionalism, peace, and national cohesion. Among its key calls, the ZCC urges: • A free, fair, and credible national referendum on Constitutional Amendment Act No. 3. • Respect for the courts and the rule of law. • Peaceful and lawful civic expression. • Inclusive national dialogue that promotes justice, reconciliation, and lasting peace. As the Church, we reaffirm our commitment to speaking the truth in love and working towards a united, peaceful, and democratic Zimbabwe. “Speak out, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.” - Proverbs 31:9 📖 Read the full Pastoral Letter on our website: api.zimbabwecouncilofchurches.org/uploads/docume…

WHAT IS TO BE DONE? The key question that should be asked in the consideration of all national decisions, processes, and policies is: Where are the citizens in all of this? #WhereAreTheCitizens #Citizenocracy

FULL HOUSE IN MANCHESTER! Last night, I had the privilege of engaging with fellow Zimbabweans in Manchester in a powerful and inspiring conversation about the future of our nation. The passion, patriotism, and determination in the room were unmistakable. #WeTheCitizens are united by a shared belief that Zimbabwe can, and must, do better. From every corner, the message is clear: the desire for renewal is growing stronger, and the commitment to building a prosperous, democratic, and inclusive Zimbabwe is unwavering. We are solid everywhere. Zimbabwean citizens here are warm, engaged, and firmly behind #TheNew and the next steps in our collective journey towards a new and great Zimbabwe. Together, we will continue to organise, inspire hope, and work tirelessly until our shared vision becomes a reality. #TheNew #NewGreatZimbabwe #Godisinit

HAD A WONDERFUL EVENING at Westminster Abbey in London, where we held a series of roundtable discussions with Zimbabweans from all walks of life…academics, professionals, entrepreneurs, young people, women', media practitioners, and students. The conversations were open, thoughtful, and enriching. It was an opportunity to listen, exchange ideas, share perspectives, and collectively reflect on the vision, policies, and institutions needed to build a more prosperous, inclusive, and CITIZENOCRACTIC Zimbabwe. My sincere thanks to everyone who took the time to participate and contribute. Your insights, passion, and commitment to Zimbabwe's future are invaluable. Together, we can turn our shared aspirations into practical steps to achieve a proud and prosperous New Great Zimbabwe. A citizens government in our lifetime is our task and duty. The struggle for a just society continues!

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 🇿🇼 Roundtables with academics, entrepreneurs, students, media, women, young people. Actually listening. "𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐙𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐂𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐂 𝐙𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐰𝐞" + "𝐀 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞" That's the energy. Vision + policies + institutions built with the people, not just for them. Westminster Abbey was fitting. Diaspora + home voices in one room. The struggle for a just society continues. And conversations like this are how we turn aspirations into steps. Appreciate you taking the time to hear everyone out.
