@PiQSuite Nothing will change unless there is a special task force that can remove the corruption. Less funding will have some effect but the rats won’t leave the boat unless fully exposed and forced out the boat.

Unpopular Opinion: The only way the NHS begins the long process of recovery is to reduce its funding. Reduce funds. Remove fiscal bloat. Force spending efficiencies. Rebuild the organisational structure. Currently, nobody making important decisions sees any option other than “more money please”
