@BelisariusX3 @DeanTTraining Walking post-meal helps to lower blood sugar spikes which can be helpful to tackle insulin resistance and it also aids digestion.

@DeanTTraining Why is this so important? I mean 10-15 mins of walking is so little calories burned.

@UtdXclusive Maguire the serial 4 times relegator has so far outlived serial winners like Casemiro, Varane, CR7, Cavani at this club. He should’ve been moved on long time back.

🚨 BREAKING: Harry Maguire is increasingly likely to sign a new contract with Manchester United, extending his stay at Old Trafford beyond the end of his current £180,000-a-week deal, which expires in June. Club sources say the situation is different to Casemiro, who will also be a free agent in June and has confirmed that he will definitely be leaving. With United expected to make Maguire an offer after he established himself as a key player under new head coach Michael Carrick, it’s hoped that the two sides can reach an agreement over his new salary and the length of the contract. @unitedviewtv @FlexUTD @OwenUnitedView This guy embodies a majority of the fanbase: they have main character syndrome. If you don’t care, you wouldn’t be grifting online in his name. But you decided to record yourself talking about how “I don’t care”. All for clicks and engagement💀

🗣️ Eden Hazard: “You have players, I am not going to name them, I respect what they do, but they score three goals by doing it three times (he mimes an outstretched foot/tap in) and afterward, we say, Wow!” “They play in great teams, they win but can only give something to the supporter of their team, nothing to me. They don't excite me at all.” “For me, that was the player I wanted to be exciting people. Today the only thing that matters is having goals and assists.”

@MUFC99Box @footboxing If they are tourists who visit, why would they get season tickets? That’s exactly the point - majority of OT attendance is UK-based supporters/season ticket holders and not tourists from abroad. Also tourists are the ones most likely to buy merch from the store. Look at AC milan.

@UtdMicah Would be better if you quit being an apologist for a guy who saved the Glazers and has one of the worst track records in football with Nice. It was clear that a full sale would’ve been imminent if not for gullible fans being easily swayed as usual.

‘Clueless Clown’ These lot are using Goldbridge buzz words & their anger is always misdirected, the 1958 are clueless if anyone is. Manchester United were open to bids for a year, every billionaire on the planet could’ve bid for United. Only one did. One. If INEOS leave let’s say; then what? This idea that if they just go then the Glazers will is so stupid it’s unbelievable. ‘Recent results are down to Carrick & players in spite of ownership.’ Just simply not true & purposely disingenuous. As if INEOS didn’t hire Carrick + Holland & sign the goal scorer of all five goals scored against City & Arsenal. This isn’t to say they’re perfect or have got everything right, but guess what, they’re the only people who made a bid. There’s no magical person coming to save us.
mufcmpb@mufcMPB

🚨🚨🗣️ A spokesperson for The 1958: “Recent results are down to Michael Carrick and the players and they have come in spite of our inept ownership, not because of it. This club continues to fumble from one calamity to the next. Fans should not be fooled by two good results. We have been here too many times before. “Our protest has never been about performances on the pitch. Not now, and not once in the last 21 years. We are judging a dysfunctional ownership model that has repeatedly failed Manchester United. “Jim Ratcliffe is a successful and wealthy businessman. But in a football sense, for many he comes across as a clueless clown, making one poor decision after another, with no cohesive plan.” #MUFC [@The__1958]

@UtdXclusive What they weighed was the salary of Lammens and Martinez and decided to go with the cheaper option as usual.

🚨 NEW: When Erik ten Hag was Manchester United manager, he had a heated exchange with goalkeeping scout Tony Coton over signing Andre Onana. Ten Hag wanted Coton’s opinion on the Cameroon goalkeeper, but Coton felt his view didn’t matter since the club was signing Onana anyway. Two years later, under Ruben Amorim, a similar situation arose: Amorim pushed for Emiliano Martinez from Aston Villa (at much greater expense), while Coton had been championing Senne Lammens for over a year. The difference was United’s hierarchy, led by director of football Jason Wilcox and director of recruitment Christopher Vivell, carefully weighed up all of Coton’s reports about Martinez and Lammens alongside the wishes of the manager and concluded that, on and off the pitch in both the short and long-term, the 23-year-old Belgian was the better option. If we are in Europe next season then I hope United sign Harry Maguire up for another couple of seasons. He may not start every week but be stupid to let him go. He’s been excellent, still alot of football in him over the next couple of years.

@Abbsinth1 @manutdirishreds By proven I mean someone who has experience of winning the PL or UCL and a track record of being consistently good at different clubs. And also a board that backs that manager in terms of the way he wants to play.

The disrespect for Michael Carrick by Roy Keane is just nothing more than bitterness. Arbeloa 43 Real Madrid Kompany 39 Bayern Munich Rosenier 41 Chelsea All managers at big clubs with feck all experience but Keane thinks a player like Carrick who’s won it all shouldn’t be our manager.

I’d say the table reflects the ability of the current squad. 4th is about our ceiling. Happy to be proved wrong but upgrades required in a lot of areas to even think about great things. Love Carrick but not as full time manager, need a proven winner. We’ve seen this movie before.
Paul English@paulenglish1961

When Amorim was sacked. I said we had the basis of a good squad and was shot down by people who are too quick to be negative and put the United players down. Two wins against the top two and I again say, we have a decent squad and with one or two new additions and a manager not afraid to take the brakes off, we could achieve great things again. #MUFC #UTFR #GGMU #ManchesterUnited #ManUtd

@Trill_MUFC @Utd_Alpha You’re as thick as they come. The reply was to show how I can paint something in a favourable light by picking and choosing things which the OP was doing. That was the point I was making. No way was that a praise but once again low IQ comprehension from Glazer apologists. 💀

@Trill_MUFC @Utd_Alpha No he doesn’t score but stop hyping up the most basic of pass as if it was Daley Blind to Van persie. That’s the problem.
