Hey @bt_uk - is My BT down? Can't get in on the website or the app. Logs me in on the website then I get this. Been the same all afternoon

@Gizmo83508413 @bt_uk This is happening to many BT customers, I've been having this problem since April and have spoken to so many advisors I've lost count. I've given up. Who would have thought it's this hard to view or get a bill or even manage an account.

@wils_lucy Hi Lucy, I'm not aware of any issues with the site right now. I'd recommend trying the My BT app to see if that lets you in, if not then our customer care team would be more than happy to help 👇 bt.com/help/contact-bt

@bt_uk what is wrong with MY BT. Not been able to read bill etc . They aware all this time. Fixed a email glitch ie unable to reply..went in Drafts… Now Apple tell me it’s not available in my area.

@scalvert2408 Hello, Steve. If you're having trouble logging into the app, try logging in on bt.com/about-my-bt to see if that works okay for you. If it's just the app you're having an issue with, try clearing its cache, removing it and installing again, making sure it's up to date.

@bt_uk I'm trying to log into my account to see why my bill is higher than I expected this month, but all I get on both the app and website is that it can't log me in, and my account it listed as 'inactive'?
