@KandyPure02 Here goes; I cut out alcohol completely. I put myself in a calorie deficit, my limit in a day is 1200-1500 calories. I work out 3 or 4 times a week, I focus on strength training, weights burn fat fast 🙌🏾 and 30 minutes of cardio (treadmill - incline 10, speed 4.2) now the food
