I worked in Nairobi hospital for one month (pre-internship) and I never saw these Coctors even in OPD. I asked one ER staff why there are no COs. She told me they don't do "half-baked" providers!!

No department runs in a silo, and we all need each other to achieve the common goal of patient care. Let’s drop the TL beef and get back to the wards
