I hate the antichrist. I don't care about monetization, engagement or followers.

I am not religious. The Christian redemption arc is admirable but flawed. Behavioural patterns matter because they reflect stable, heritable personality traits. Personalities don’t really change. You can’t claim authority pointing to a “superior system” when your household is the living counter example.
Disce Pati@M81Supremacist

@ubiquitousnewt You have a fundamental misunderstanding of the Gospel. Nobody gets out of jail for free. The good news is the cost has been paid to free us from the wages of sin. There is then an expectation of how one will respond to this news.

I wouldn't describe Rachel or Andrew Wilson as an authority on stable motherhood or relationships. She has 5 children to 3 different Fathers. One man abandoned her and his two kids over vague “personal issues.” The next Father was a criminal drug abuser who abandoned her and their one child fleeing legal trouble. Only Andrew Wilson gave her the trad family she now preaches. But he only committed to her after he was able to confirm the kids were his via DNA testing. What does that suggest about the dynamic? Rachel has shown self awareness and knows how her blended family looks, downplaying it as “youthful mistakes”. But mistakes these are not. This a well documented, multi year, behavioural pattern of maladaptive mate selection; serial monogamy with successively dysfunctional, low stability males, resulting in three different fathers for five children, two periods of single motherhood, and one tragic child fatality. And yet, she and Andrew think they are best placed to be critics of modern women and they are ab authority of what benevolent, stable family life should be like. Rachel and Andrew have built their entire brand shaming modern women for low partner standards, serial monogamy, single motherhood, and multiple baby daddies, the exact life she lived. Hypocrisy on full display. What kind of man is drawn to such a woman like Rachel Wilson to begin with? Well, Andrew is a bit of a bastard isn't he. Andrew Wilson’s core traits are abrasive high conflict dominance, arrogance paired with defensive aggression, and a rigid insistence on his unchallenged authority. You can see repeatedly by from his debate footage that he is irritable, rude, and bullying in style. Yes, he can be sharp and logical but he routinely shifts to personal attacks, insults, and verbal aggression when he perceives his authority or family is directly challenged. I don't think he can organically evoke genuine deference or voluntary submission from a desirable, respectable, agentic, and stable woman. Such a woman has independent, better mating options and would probably reject the unilateral “he is in charge of everything” authority because it clashes with her core traits. Rachel, shaped by a pattern of suboptimal mate selection and multiple children, has limited mating alternatives. So she explicitly conforms. She states on record that submission means “you submit to your husband in all things,” that Andrew holds charge of everything, and that she performs total domestic service because his dependability finally enabled the homemaking role her prior partners could not. He secures what he needs through a partner whose baggage makes compliance the rational exchange for security. They portray this trade off via a christian redemption narrative they co brand. Interesting.

@SDSLLC_USA Psalm 133:1, Romans 12:4-5 Do not confuse salvation (through Christ) with the brotherhood, encouragement, correction and community that the church provides. We need one another, for none of us possesses all of the spiritual gifts and each has a unique perspective.

If Jesus said that the ONLY way to the father (God) is through him, then does that make religion useless? I think it does.

@Seanfrank It's an incredibly demanding job. But also the most rewarding that I've ever experienced. I love every little moment of growth that I'm blessed to witness. First steps, first words, first jump, all of it. I thank God daily for this incredible blessing. What a gift.

Just had a kid. two weeks old. 1- it is easier than everyone says. there is a lot of down time. he just wants to sleep, eat, be changed, then sleep. 2- it is also HARDER than people say. its a never ending marathon. there is not a break. 24 hours every day. So the hours are easy, the weeks are hard. And we have a LOT OF HELP. We are blessed. 3- I didnt understand how hard moms have it. everyone talks about how hard pregnancy is. my wife had a VERY easy pregnancy. But recovery? I feel like this is what everyone should be talking about. Its like getting hit by a car. My wife is a hero. 4- I know why people dont have kids. Its the money. It is just very expensive. Worth it, but if you are worried about money, I could see it being a blocker. 5- I wish I did it sooner. Being younger would just help. Having younger parents would help. But money got in the way of course. 6- It makes you want to do more. Looking at the little guy, I am like "fuck I am a loser" Its a good new sense of drive. I always wanted to do a lot, but it boils everything else down and just gives you clarity. 7- It does make you think you just wasted a decade NOT doing this. What the fuck was I doing 40 sundays ago? Just watching tv? ordering uber eats? All that time seems silly now. --- Love the guy. Wish everyone reading this the family they want.

I used to think Christians were naive. I thought faith in God was just an emotional crutch for people who could not handle reality. Now I think the opposite. The more seriously I looked at life, history, suffering, conscience, beauty, evil, and the limits of human reason, the less convincing atheism became. Because everyone has faith. Everyone. The only real question is where that faith is placed. In God, or in man. I was taught that intelligence means distance from God. But what is so intelligent about believing that matter somehow produced mind, that chaos somehow produced order, that chemistry somehow produced conscience, and that human beings can ground morality by themselves while constantly contradicting even their own standards? If we are only matter, then human dignity is just a useful story. Love is chemistry. Evil is preference. Sacrifice is irrational. Meaning is self invented. But almost no one actually lives that way. We all live as if truth matters, as if cruelty is really wrong, as if beauty means something, as if love is more than a chemical reaction, and as if justice should exist even when it costs us. That is not nothing. That points beyond survival. The Bible understood this long before modern people started pretending they had outgrown it. Genesis grounds human dignity in the image of God. That means people are not valuable because they are productive, attractive, healthy, or useful. They are valuable because they bear His image. John 1 does not begin with chaos. It begins with the Logos. Reason, order, meaning. Reality is not random noise. It is intelligible because it comes from a mind greater than ours. Ecclesiastes says that pleasure, work, success, and achievement collapse into vanity when cut off from God. Anyone who has chased status, money, sex, or recognition long enough knows how true that is. Romans 1 says creation points beyond itself. And it does. The order of the world, the mathematical beauty of reality, the existence of consciousness, the hunger for meaning, the presence of moral knowledge, these are not small things. And history teaches the same lesson. The bloodiest experiments of the last century did not come from too much faith in God. They came from man trying to replace God with ideology, state, race, class, or power. When God is removed, something else always takes His place. Usually something crueler. Christianity also does not begin with a vague spiritual feeling. It makes a historical claim. That Christ entered history, was crucified, and rose again. You can reject that claim, but it is not the same as saying faith is just blind comfort. Christianity stands or falls on what it says actually happened. So no, I no longer think faith in God is stupid. I think one of the most shallow ideas modern people were ever sold is that disbelief is automatically intelligent. Sometimes disbelief is not depth. Sometimes it is pride. And sometimes faith is not an escape from reality. It is what remains when you look at reality honestly enough and realize that man is not enough, matter is not enough, and this world cannot explain itself. I used to think Christians were foolish. Now I think many of them simply saw earlier what I was too proud to see.

@SSB_Rick With the couch to 5k program. I’m still an addict, but to running. Drinking on Friday night is a lot less appealing when you’re running 20 miles in the woods at sunrise on Saturday.

Nobody talks about how boring early sobriety is. Not hard. Not emotional. Just… boring. No plans. No bar to go to. No ritual at the end of the day. Just you, the couch, and a silence you don’t know what to do with. That silence is where most people relapse. Not because of pain. Because of boredom. Learning to sit in that quiet without reaching for something is the real work nobody prepares you for. How did you fill that silence? Drop it below.

You know what bothers me.. I know “about” Jesus but I don’t “know” him. How can I know him? How do I get to truly have a relationship with him? What defines a true relationship? This is what is running through my mind as I sit here drinking my coffee, trying to have a good day

My quote tweet last night struck a nerve with an evil rot within our culture. Many comments telling me I’d be better off if my mother aborted me. Calling me fascist/nazi and other names. Saying that others don’t fare so well due to abuse and neglect. I too was abused and neglected. Yet, I praise God for getting me through that. People jumping through mental hoops saying that people would be better off not born than to persevere through adversity. These are all lies from Satan to degrade our people and culture. We don’t have to bow to these altars. We can fight against it. We can repent as a nation for this huge transgression. I’m not giving up. My identity isn’t my past, my experiences, my career, nor what people tell me. My identity is in Christ, and as a Child of God. And yours is too. It is never too late to go to Him. Love God, Love People.

I need homeschooling moms with boys to chime in here. What are we doing for read aloud that is engaging for little guys? I grew up in a house of only girls and have a daughter, so I have plenty of ideas for that but now I also need stories centered around brave men, adventure, etc.

I was in the courtroom for Johnny Somali’s verdict. The second he walked in, his eyes were completely dead and lifeless. Zero trolling, zero antics toward the press and creators. He wouldn’t even look at us. He knew he was screwed. And he was so desperate that he lied about still being an ASU student (he already graduated) and tried to say that he missed his family lol. Sad. Hope harassing Koreans and being a public nuisance was worth the hard labor and prison time. But I hope that the prosecutor appeals because 6 months is not enough. WE WANT THE MAXIMUM SENTENCE! Good luck Johnny!
