🤔🤔🤔...the curves come back in MINUTES & we act on those parameters as they come back. 2nd one shows us where we need to focus, 3rd shows us what we still haven’t “fixed.” We affirm/change plan on each performed. If what you describe is your experience, you’re doing it wrong

@bryanacotton1 Has the first, second or Third TEG ever changes your transfusion management? From my point of view the first does say nothing since the blood products are given anyway, the second will still be false since the transfusions are still ongoing and the third (45min$ later as well...

Speak/be nice to EVERYONE you work with- not just the docs/ nurses. Janitors, cafeteria workers, and administrative staff often feel ignored by us, but can save your butt!
