@OC_TranspoHelps Around 1pm w/4 riders waiting at 8041 who walked from Gladstone to Wellington when Transit app showed 14 detour. As 14 got to 8041, riders approached and driver just wagged a finger no and kept driving. Unsure what the inconvenience was to pick up riders.

@OC_TranspoHelps No indication that no bus would show up at Gladstone and Fairmont (8037). Walked to Wellington and Melrose (8041) where the 14 rerouted and driver refused to pick up riders.
