Oh my goodness- Look at the state of Kismayo Police Station. Those walls haven’t had a drop of paint applied to them for 3 decades… and that desk must a relic from a Barre era. The calendar on the walls says May and from which Allah only know. Alas!! my beloved Kismayo.
