During the trial of Karen Read, Aidan Kearney (@DoctorTurtleboy) threatened to turn over evidence of witness intimidation against Karen unless he was granted control of the FKR Facebook page. The matter was serious enough to require the intervention of her attorney, Alan Jackson. That is not support, it is coercion. In public, he styled himself as her champion. In private, he exerted pressure that exposed her to possible incarceration. This is why Karen does not support Aidan. It was never about justice, it was always about him.

Can someone explain to me how they think the @NoAndoverPolice were supposed to search Kelsey Fitzsimmons home for firearms without a search warrant? Let's be clear: the firearms provision in a 209a order is a order to the defendant, not a blanket authorization to search a home. So they could not have "secured the guns immediately" because Kelsey lied where they were. She was the one ordered to surrender her firearms, that's how the order works.

Let’s review. FKR seems to think TB’s phones were already searched. Well, two of them were. Attached is a list of all devices that were seized. There are attachments of orders going back many months regarding his other devices. Last spring, after attempts to get his passwords, he gave them up. You can go back and watch his hearings for this information. “Defendant 's Phone Information for Taint Team” 5/12/2025 “Endorsement on Search Terms to be Provided to TAINT Team in Connection with Attorney-Client Privilege, (#67.0): After review, the TAINT Team may proceed with the search terms related to Attorney-Client privilege as provided by the Defendant only to be screened out. The Court rejects the defendant's other arguments. Doolin, RAJ. (Parties notified via email). Judge: Doolin, Hon. Michael 5/30/2025 “Docket Note: Search terms emailed to TAINT Team.” 6/2/2025 In a hearing late fall, TB’s defense team told the judge that they had not heard back from the taint team (imo they seemed worried) This week, there was finally correspondence from the taint team in what I assume means they are back with information. “General correspondence regarding Letter Received from Taint Team (IMPOUNDED) 3/25/2026 TB seems on edge. Was he hired by Kelsey’s defense like he was by AJ in the Karen Read case? Curiously missing are key documented incidents that provide context, like the October 2024 trip to Croatia, "where the mother threatened to k*ll herself and leave a note blaming the father." Upon their return, when "she became erratic, when the father wanted to call 911, she held a knife to her head and threatened self-harm. He eventually calmed her and insisted she go to a crisis center in Lawrence, where she attended several follow-up appointments." The March 2025 incident that involved "her mother restraining her in the kitchen while her stepfather called 911. After a prolonged argument, with emergency services present, she agreed to go to the hospital, where a physician issued a Section 12 order requiring psychiatric evaluation." Also missing are witness statements from the Bethel, Maine trip, where friends documented her throwing a Stanley tumbler down the stairs at one friend’s head, a box of champagne glasses at another, requiring a friend to restrain her, getting kicked in the process, when not being restrained, the mother ran over unprompted and kicked the friend in the knee again. The mother then ran into the woods, leaving friends to search for her. The weekend ended with friends fleeing the getaway, and her parents picking up the baby from the father’s parents at 3 AM. The friends’ drive home also included a sideswipe incident, where the statement reflects the friend "did not want to assume who was driving". All of these incidents were documented in calls to Bethel PD, Methuen PD, and North Andover PD. Each incident was either witnessed or documented, not reliant on the father’s word. It appears the information provided to Microdots was either excluded or omitted, despite being publicly available. Leaving these incidents out of the video paints an incomplete picture, ignoring the clear pattern of the mother’s escalating behavior and instability over seven months, not to mention the poor judgment in deciding to run a social media campaign aimed at the father, including an audio and video recording of him.

So I learned disturbingly that in Massachusetts a mother can take their child out of the state without the other parent’s permission even when they claim they are suffering from a mental health diagnosis given of postpartum depression that was obtained while she was sectioned weeks earlier. You know, the part you left out about her stepfather calling 911 to have Kelsey sectioned because of her violent behavior and her mother having to restrain her. Also, did Kelsey suffer from prepartum depression as well? Or what diagnosis is it when Kelsey claimed in a statement that a murder suicide call she responded to along with Noonan was a catalyst for her mental health complications? Threatening to take her & her child’s life while pregnant more than once surely doesn’t fall under postpartum depression, right? And it’s not a stretch to believe this happened when Kelsey has now testified in court that she was trying to commit suicide on June 30, 2025. There is a continual focus on this postpartum depression that is exactly why there was indeed a CRISIS. You called it a crisis situation yet you also claim Justin is paranoid throughout your “movie”. Kelsey should not have had the child alone. Her parents shouldn’t have retrieved the child from Justin’s parent’s home in the middle of the night and given the child to Kelsey when they were fully aware of her mental health challenges. A crisis intervention specialist wouldn’t have changed the situation. Kelsey said she had decided she was going to kill herself with her weapon, no? She said she had to hide her gun or she would be shot. Why fear being shot by an officer if your goal is to die? But please do tell me why a person who is so innocent and naive videos her fiancé when he is intoxicated one time? To use as blackmail? To give to a YouTuber to profit from making a “movie” to try to paint him in a bad light? Strange that she also recorded him and stated he had been yelling at her but she didn’t record that part. And why was this included in your “movie”? What did Justin have to do with anything other than trying to keep his child safe? Shame on you for putting out a biased “movie” as a custody battle will be held in the courts and should be kept private if one cares for the well-being of their child first. What you have accomplished is to show us what Kelsey’s priorities are. She wants to get back at Justin because he didn’t want to come home and be in a family with Kelsey due to multiple instances that got him to that place. She’s being manipulative at the cost of her child. And people are being asked to donate money to Kelsey by you for no specified reason and to YOU by joining your Patreon and of course you will make money for the views of your ridiculous“movie”. The officers that showed up to serve the restraining order that day conducted themselves professionally & there was nothing for them to be concerned about based on the poor choices & actions of Kelsey and Kelsey alone. Men and women who put themselves on the front lines every day risk their lives as well as see things no person should have to see & deserve more respect than you have demonstrated. Again, shame on you.

It is real, but she still needs further mental health care. She admitted in court to wanting to commit suicide. She should never own a gun again, should have been found guilty with time served and then possibly supervised visits for her baby. It could have been a different outcome if she got a shot off her gun.
