During registration, the registration slip that was generated appeared unreadable (blurry and fuzzy). She thought everything was in order. However, when she printed her examination slip today, she discovered that the subjects listed are: English, Physical and Health Education (PHE), Biology and Chemistry, instead of the correct and intended subjects: English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
