माननीय केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री JP Nadda जी, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) आज पूरी तरह निष्प्रभावी और नाकाम दिखाई दे रही है। देश में बिकने वाले लगभग हर खाद्य उत्पाद में मिलावट आम हो चुकी है—नकली घी , दूषित दूध , जहरीले मसाले, एक्सपायर्ड और घटिया पैकेज्ड फूड खुलेआम बिक रहे हैं। सवाल सीधा है कि FSSAI के अधिकारी आखिर कर क्या रहे हैं?? जनता की सेहत दांव पर लगी है, लेकिन न ज़मीनी जांच, न सख़्त कार्रवाई, न जवाबदेही दिखती है। लाइसेंस आसानी से मिल जाते हैं, शिकायतें दबा दी जाती हैं, और पकड़े जाने पर भी कंपनियाँ बच निकलती हैं। यह सिर्फ लापरवाही नहीं, संस्थागत मिलीभगत की आशंका पैदा करता है। आपसे सीधी मांग है—FSSAI में कार्यरत अधिकारियों के बैंक खातों, संपत्तियों, आय के स्रोतों और जीवनशैली की गहन जांच करवाई जाए। सच सामने आते ही तस्वीर साफ़ हो जाएगी कि जनता जहर क्यों खा रही है और सिस्टम क्यों चुप है। अब नोटिस और निर्देश नहीं , जवाबदेही , दंड और संरचनात्मक सुधार चाहिए—ताकि देश की थाली सुरक्षित हो सके।

टीम खुरपेंच ने अब सीधे तौर पर FSSAI के उन अधिकारियों के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल दिया है जो अपने कर्तव्य से भाग रहे हैं , आँख मूँदकर मंज़ूरी दे रहे हैं और जनता के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खिलवाड़ होने दे रहे हैं। यह लड़ाई औपचारिक शिकायतों की नहीं , जवाबदेही तय करने की है। अब आपकी भागीदारी अनिवार्य है। अगर आज आप आवाज नहीं उठाएंगे तो आने वाली पीढ़ियाँ नकली पनीर , मिलावटी घी , ज़हरीली मिठाइयाँ , पॉम ऑयल से भरी चीजे , दूषित सब्ज़ियाँ और मसाले खाकर बीमार होती रहेंगी। 👉 देश तेज़ी से कैंसर की अंतरराष्ट्रीय राजधानी बनने की ओर बढ़ रहा है और सिस्टम चुप है। टीम खुरपेंच लगातार रिकॉर्ड , लाइसेंस , सैंपल रिपोर्ट, बजट और मंज़ूरी के कागज खंगाल रही है। 👉 सारा डेटा सार्वजनिक किया जाएगा , 👉 हर जिम्मेदार अफसर और फैसले की जवाबदेही तय कराने की भरकस कोशिश होगी। पैसा लेकर मुहर लगाने वाले , काग़ज़ पर सुरक्षा और जमीन पर ज़हर बेचने देने वाले अधिकारियों को बेनकाब किया जाएगा। यह साफ किया जाएगा कि किसने क्या साइन किया, किस कीमत पर किया और उसके नतीजे में कितनी ज़िंदगियाँ खतरे में पड़ीं। > यह चेतावनी है , अपील नहीं। या तो आज सवाल उठेंगे या कल लाशें गिनी जाएँगी।

यूरोप में खतरनाक घोषित किए गए PFAS (Forever Chemicals) अगर भारत में लाए जा रहे हैं तो इसकी अनुमति किसने दी? पर्यावरण , वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय, रसायन एवं उर्वरक मंत्रालय और CPCB साफ बताएं। क्या भारत को जहरीले रसायनों का डंपिंग ग्राउंड बनाया जा रहा है? रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक महाराष्ट्र के रत्नागिरी में PFAS से जुड़ी उत्पादन इकाइयों की योजना की बात सामने आ रही है। जब खुद सरकार मानती है कि भारत में PFAS निर्माण के लिए कोई ठोस कानूनी ढांचा नहीं है, तो ऐसे प्रोजेक्ट्स को हरी झंडी कैसे मिल रही है? इटली के उदाहरण में PFAS फैक्ट्री से व्यापक प्रदूषण, गंभीर स्वास्थ्य संकट और अंततः फैक्ट्री बंद हुई। अब सवाल यह है कि 👇 क्या उसी फैक्ट्री की मशीनरी भारत लाई गई? क्या स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय, राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड, और जिला प्रशासन इसकी जांच कर रहे हैं या आंखें मूंदे बैठे हैं? टैक्स देने वाले नागरिक जवाब चाहते हैं। जनस्वास्थ्य से समझौता किसके आदेश पर हो रहा है? और अगर सब कुछ सुरक्षित है, तो सारी जानकारी सार्वजनिक क्यों नहीं की जा रही?
