@ClarkCountySch I agree #EveryDayMatters and I would love to send my kid to school everyday, but her school was unexpectedly closed today due to the teacher shortage.

Today, we launch the #EveryDayMatters campaign. It emphasizes the importance of daily attendance in academic achievement and future success. It aims to reduce the chronic absenteeism rate Districtwide and narrow the gap between the highest and lowest-performing student groups.

I really think Latter-day Saints would have a much less difficult time processing their own history & culture—including their worst moments—if they read & engaged Mormon literature & I don’t mean hagiographies. I mean good literature, which we do have. Like “The Giant Joshua.”

@dandelionmama We camp with a few other families and watching our kids bond and run around wild for days is a major appeal. They grow their relationships and independence. And I like waking up outside. 🤷🏼‍♀️
