The Parliamentary Forum on Media is set to establish a 100M fund for the Uganda Journalists Association to hire senior lawyers to take on errant Security officers who violates Media rights. It has been disclosed by the Chairperson Parliamentary Forum on Media Hon Teddy Nambooze.
