i mean it when i say dc fans dont deserve good movies. this is a solid 8.5/10. never let twt decide ur opinion on a movie. i should’ve known smth was off when most of the bad reviews were from men. their issue with this movie is that it’s led by a woman. i WILL be rewatching💯

Supergirl was really good. Don’t let over-dramatic reviews prevent you from seeing it. The script was in no way the “worst in years”, nor were any vfx shots “so bad I can’t believe they made it in”. Some folks clearly have their minds made up before sitting for a DC film. 🤷‍♂️

so glad to see that so many of you also loved supergirl and it just wasn't me riding on that world premiere high, plan to see it again tonight for my definitive outlook on it

Put it this way… when it comes to superhero movies (and I was born in the ‘80s, so I’ve seen just about all of them), Supergirl is WAY more enjoyable than any of the Marvel Studios Thor movies. Yep. All four of them. #Supergirl #Thor
