This is rare, and I love it. A goalkeeper sweeps every award in the club. You can tell how impressive he was and that it’s not for a club fighting for survival but one aiming to win makes it a lot more impressive for me. He was on loan at Swansea two seasons ago and was their Supporters’ Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year. Nothing means more than being voted by your own teammates as the best. That supporters also consider you worthy is top. It’s like logic and emotion saying you’re the best. Carl Rushworth is owned by Brighton and Hove Albion. I see him joining Coventry permanently.

@HLTCO I hope for his sake he stays with Coventry next season. He's had bad stints in the prem as he's always joined the clubs at bad times. He has a group of lads he's happy with, that fit his system. Really interested to see how he does next year.

@htafctb It was a poor decision as it didn't benefit you. In every non-bias way, its a great decision as its shoulder to shoulder. Its legit a contact sport and its legal. Your player had ages to clear it. Personally, I'd be embarrassed if my player got bodied like that 😂

The worst thing about League One arguably is the referees. Such a poor decision not to give a foul there and it was right in front of him. #htafc

If Chelsea were given a 10-year transfer ban and were forced into using academy talents, would they be better off than they are now? Good chance they’d have Guehi, Olise, Musiala, Rice, Livramento, Ngumoha etc suiting up for them, and they also wouldn’t be £1b in debt.

@adamgipki 100% agree. The ref was terrible all game regardless. Seen a few angles and the scorer for their 2nd goal looks to be offside😂From my angle,even the 'foul' for the 2nd goal shouldn't have been a foul.The refs themselves are inconsistent throughout their own games. Its poor

@MCharmzy Yep, and that Bolton scenario was a goal but a reflection of this season is ALL teams have had poor officiating and it needs addressing

Regardless of the result today, these decisions made by EFL referees and linesman on a weekly basis are truly dreadful. How can blatant errors like this get ignored with zero repercussions?

@DZI_WWFC To add to that, I think ST wise we need a pacey one. Its not exactly the 'Wycombe way', but times are changing and we don't play that way anymore. You look at the top scorers and they are all pretty quick. Get a player that meets that profile and it will offer us something diff.

@DZI_WWFC Taylor can cover LB. Seems to struggle as a CB, but is decent at LWB/LCB in a back 3. Personally, I'd swap Mullins and Hendo. Vidigal as the starting LW isn't it at all. He works his socks off, but his overall game isn't good enough for a play off side.

My current thoughts regarding transfers for next season, all the keepers will leave I imagine so we’ll need 3-4 new signings there (3-4 for training purposes), Lowe will be heading back so bringing in a striker who is physical but can also stretch the opposition backline vertically will be important. With the return of a fully fit Scowen next season, maybe we see us switch to a double pivot in build up that way Scowen can play in the 6 alongside Morley instead of the 8 as he’s better there and it’s more natural for him as a DM. Although despite saying that the 4-3-3 in possession has looked good in my opinion with the continued development of the attacking dynamics so I’m not sure i would like to see us switch. Plus if Scowen was playing in the 8 he has the game intelligence to know when to drop in build up similar to Boyd-Munce. Grimmer lacks at times in the technicality department but I’ve seen significant improvement from Jack this season under Duff and I look forward to his continued development next season so he’s more than deserving of a starting place next season, he’s been solid 1v1 defensively and a key part of our right sided triangle in the final 3rd this season.
