@Banfield @Banfield I responded to you with Facebook DM last week. I still haven’t heard from you. Customer service and satisfaction must not be your objective…when your locations are continually under staffed, it puts animals under your care plans at risk!

@Banfield I canceled my plan this week due to understaffing of Vets which caused the inability of having locations open on Saturdays in my area. Weekend availability was one of the reasons I had a plan with you for 8+ years. I was charged for services rendered to cancel?!!!

I responded…I haven’t heard back….

Last year, I had to bring one of my dogs to an ER vet due to pancreatitis because my local Banfield couldn’t fit her in. I ended up paying $1000 + for her care. If I can’t get my dogs in when they need to be seen, what’s the point of having a plan!!
