Having me drop my baby off for a “comprehensive exam” since he’s 13 months old … mind you he’s only 9 months & even his profile says he’s 0 years old. Then ask me can they just take him back and call me in 15 minutes ? Like huh … @Banfield definitely unsettling

@Banfield is going from bad to worst. Is just insanity that it takes more than 4 hours for a dam vaccine appointment. They all want to over charge you and over sell you. Unnecessary stuff for your healthy dog. And if u call to get an update they treat you like you are trash and tell you “we will call you when it’s ready”. Like wtf. Not even an oil change takes that long at a dealership. wtf are they doing over there. !!!!!??????

Strongly considering cancelling my @Banfield optimum wellness plan and finding a new vet due to the incompetence of their staff They make it impossible to get prescriptions for heartworm and flea/tick prevention. I've been waiting for approval since April 10th w no communication

took my cat to @Banfield and couldn’t sit in on the exam which is strange. After 3 hours of waiting I was told they couldn’t do an examination bc she got “too feisty” after being cooped up for 3 HOURS, then charged me $90 and told me to come back for another appt. No thank you.

@Banfield Tues. dog check up, that night and Wed morning she was shaking/tilting head. Wed- back to vet. Vet said wait couple of days for fluid to dry out. Went Fri - they want to charge $160 to swab ear- said was 24+ hrs, so not their issue. Refused to cover -but they caused it
