@Banfield your support team is horrid and your Mueller ATX location needs better customer service training. At this point I would probably trust a meat market to care for my dogs better than your teams. Good luck. You’re gonna need it.

@Banfield the elimination of early time drop off/scheduling has made getting my furry friend seen almost impossible due to my work schedule and off days smh i thought this was great for him but now im just paying for a service that he can never use

I didn’t realize that @Banfield has no remorse for a deceased pet. I think the “archiving” user flow lacks empathy in their app And the fact that they still want you to continue to pay for their services on a pet that’s no longer here feels greedy and inhumane Shameful.

Never use @Banfield pet hospital for a wellness plan. They will send you to collections without ever notifying you that you had a payment error. Horrific service and just a terrible company overall. If you love your dogs, avoid them at all costs!! #scam #pethospital #banfield

Thank you, she was a wonderful dog. I think we can talk about this publicly. I already tried addressing this privately via your website's chat feature and was told this was your company policy and was directed to the wellness plan terms; I'd love to show you the chat but the conversation was terminated by your rep before I was done and there was no way to get a record of it that I saw. Do you offer customers refunds when they don't use all of the services they pay for with their wellness plans? And if your customers' pet passes do you make them pay for the remainder of their plan based on the services they used? Your policy, as I understand it, is that no, you don't refund customers if they don't use all of the services they pay for, and yes, you make them pay for the remainder of their plan based on the services they've used when their pet passes. Is that correct?

@Banfield didnt offer to work with me. I had to come here after having the chat closed on me when I tried to cancel my plan in private. I wasn't asked about my individual situation. And you only answered half of my point... you expect your customers to pay for services used, as you should, but you dont refund customers when they pay for a full plan and don't use all of their services, do you? I never got a refund for all the years I didnt use all of my services. I've paid for your plans for 13+ years for 2 dogs and never received a cent back or as a credit for services I didn't use. Will you or will you not cancel my plan?

@Banfield got a question for you... for years I've paid for your services in my wellness plan and have not used them. Like all the teeth cleanings I've not used. I never got a refund, but now that my dog has passed I can't cancel my plan 5 months early without paying you hundreds of dollars because of the services I've used. I just want to make sure this is your company policy.
