Nigeria keeps saying it doesn’t have enough doctors. We have only about 50,000 doctors serving over 200 million people. That's 1 Doctor to over 4,000 patients. You'd expect every doctor willing to serve to be encouraged. Instead, one is detained after carrying out a menstrual hygiene outreach in Kaduna State. Another 238 young doctors who returned home to practise wake up to an unexplained increase in their induction fees from ₦265,000 to over ₦415,000. We cannot keep discouraging the very people we desperately need. I respectfully appeal to the @KadunaMOH, @GovKaduna, @WHONigeria, @NGRSenate, @NGRPresident, and @Fmohnigeria to ensure Dr Al-Amin regains his freedom, and to the @MDCNOfficial to review this new fee.

Paediatricians are who they say they are abeg. A paediatrician will write medications for a patient, and still give the mother money to buy it. I gave some people a ride this morning, and respectfully told the lady in the front passenger seat to use her seat belt. She reluctantly did it after I slowed down as if i wouldn't continue if she didn't wear it. Immediately we passed the FRSC check point, this woman removed the belt. I told her to put it on till we get to our destination and she was looking at me as if I was mean to her. No ma'am, We don't wear seat belt because of FRSC, we wear it for our own safety I have seen a child who was thrown out of a moving vehicle and died instantly. I know it's not convenient but please let us do the right thing A lot of people don't do the right things because they don't understand the consequences I hope I have been able to help her a little though.

My son, in this video, among the priests are chartered accountants, VCs of different universities, lawyers, medical doctors, lecturers and other trained professionals in different fields. The reason many people don't know this is that priests are naturally humble people. We are satisfied with the Rev Father title. Because it is what brought us to the ministry and not other worldly stuffs.

So for the people in the comments who were asking me to explain it, here goes. Normally, there are two waves or times where cytotrophoblasts invade the decidua. The first happens between weeks 10 and 12 and then the second wave comes between weeks 16 and 18. Normally, the trophoblastic invasion is meant to remodel the spiral arteries and sort of straighten them out, making them high capacitance, low resistance and low pressure vessels, to improve blood flow to the placenta. In women who develop preeclampsia, the second wave of this trophoblastic invasion fails and the cytotrophoblasts don't invade deeply enough into the decidua. Because of this, the spiral arteries remain spiral(low capacitance, high resistance and high pressure vessels) and do not straighten out and then the placenta does not get enough blood.(This accounts for the elevated blood pressure). Because the baby is a "parasite", the placenta begins to release harmful chemicals into the mother's bloodstream in a bid to get more blood to come it's way. These chemicals cause endothelial damage and the mother's blood vessels become leaky.(This accounts for the protein loss).

Very early in her mother's pregnancy, two fertilized eggs that would have become fraternal twins had instead fused into one person, leaving her with two distinct sets of DNA. Most of her body carried one profile, while the cells of her reproductive system carried the other, the DNA she had passed to her children. In effect, she was her own twin. The charges were dropped, she kept her family, and her case became one of the first public examples of how DNA evidence can be fooled.
