@TheBlackHokage I think its kind of indicative of an issue surrounding gaming as a whole. Half of players want a casual, fun experience. The other half will optimize the fun out for the sake of comp and dopamine. Fighting games just dont exist for the former, which sucks as an Invincible fan.

The discourse surrounding the Invincible VS beta is example of why fighting games will never go mainstream. Fighters are the ultimate ego destroyer. It’s YOU versus the problem. If you’re not capable of introspection you’ll never improve. Just accept some matches will have you looking like Mark at the end of season one & try to think about what you could have done differently 🤷🏽‍♂️
