Memorial Hermann customer service atrocious!!!! In the waiting room of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands for outpatient MRI. Trying to make an appointment via phone and placed on perpetual loop. Told to sit in waiting room for at least 35 minutes to just make an appointment.

3.5 hours laying on a bed in a hallway with no updates in the ER is brutal. @HermannHospital @MHMediaTeam At one point there was like 11 people in beds, down different hallways. You guys need to learn lean and six sigma At least you keep patients posted. #memorialhermanhospital

Memorial Hermann Level 1 Trauma is an absolute shit show. They forgot about my 87 year old mother who has a broken hip because shift change and insufficient systems between shift changes. Zero data integrity. Nothing to ensure staff is notified of patient needs between shifts. If we weren’t advocating for her, it would have been a bigger shitshow. It’s still a shit show but slightly less of one.
