Strength doesn’t come from being unbroken. It comes from picking yourself up after challenging situations. Adversity is a part of every person’s life. We get through it by being smart & facing the challenges. Stay positive. Getting to the other side will indeed make us stronger!

Great workout this evening! Coach T and Coach Duff joining the girls for the HITT workout. Next week there will be no weights due to spring break. Weights will resume on Monday 3/22 with Coach's Jordann and Tiare

One of the biggest weaknesses in high school & college athletes is their diet. If you want to gain weight & build muscle, you better start eating intentionally. Food is fuel. You can’t eat like a bird if you want to play like a bull! Training & rest is key, but nutrition is king!

Weights have been moved to 5 pm every Wed until further notice.

Loving the offseason work! Thankful for a group of girls who are showing up and hitting the workouts. Keep focused on improvement, fitness, and building the culture of the program. Excited to see the grind!!!
