Athletes: Don't waste energy on things you can't control. Focus on what you can control such as: getting better and making others (your teammates) around you better.

Team chemistry killers: - Gossip - Cliques - Negative body language - Personal agendas - Sarcasm - Entitlement Get rid of them!

Mike Martin after winning Regional & going back to Omaha-blows a kiss to his wife & says “we are going back baby” then let’s his competitive “joy” be expressed. I pray that at that age I still have THAT KIND OF PASSION & will to win. The GAME rewarded #11 for loving the GAME!

Athletes: Learn how to control your emotions & body language. It's great to show passion but not at the cost of hurting your team. When I see a member of opposing team have weak body language or temper tantrum..I smile because it means "we got em!" & we're going to win.
