@EricF_68 @coachjohn25 @GowagsKyle We could probably list out 100+ examples of when one hand is the correct choice. There are very few times when two hands should even be considered.

@Chris_Oland @coachjohn25 @GowagsKyle One of the first things I did with young new Cs is teach them how to catch with 1 hand, and keep their throwing hand protected. It was a hard habit to break for some, after getting “2 hands” pounded into them from the time they started playing.

@coachjohn25 @GowagsKyle Also, we can’t boil the game down to throws only made inside the shoulders where one can only attempt to make the argument to catch with two hands. Even then…1st basemen, catchers, etc would NEVER catch with two hands. And MIF are looking to deflect ball for quick transfer (2/2)
