When a dog is locked in like this and won't let go... what is the actual safe way to stop it? This looks terrifying, but we need to explain what is actually happening here. The dog isn't being "evil." He isn't even mad. ​He is in High Drive. ​Certain breeds are built with a "prey drive" so high that when it triggers, the rest of the world disappears. The adrenaline dumps, the jaw locks, and their hearing literally shuts off. You see them trying to pry him off? You see the tools failing? That is because in this state, pain compliance doesn't work. You can't hurt them into letting go because they don't feel it. Their brain is 100% focused on the "mission." ​This isn't a "bad dog." This is a Ferrari engine with no brakes. ​Respect the power of these animals. Once the switch flips, it is very hard to flip it back.

I think we need to see the evidence for Scotland Yard Police deciding that a "Christian march" would upset "certain" people. We live in a "Christian" country so why would a "Christian" march upset people??? -Who made that decision -Why would it upset anyone -other events for different religions are allowed to go ahead without asking (Christian)communities if they have any concerns -why is it ALWAYS the MUSLIMS that would apparantly be offended? Let me be clear, I have no intention to continue tolerating the disrespect to Ghanaians by DStv. If MultiChoice is not interested as they claim in their last statement, in discussing a reduction in prices as they had indicated to me, we would proceed to effect the shutdown tomorrow as indicated. DStv indicated their willingness to engage the Ministry on its concerns on pricing and prayed us to stay our enforcement action. If they have changed their position, then we simply would enforce the regulatory action. No company is above the law. When MultiChoice is ready to discuss price reduction, they can come to the negotiation table. Until then, there is nothing for us to meet over. The @NCAGhana would carry out enforcement. Ghana is open for businesses that respect our laws and institutions. 🦁🇬🇭
