I’ve been told by an inside source that items at the @MHcarriers rented site are not scanned when being loaded onto delivery vans but instead the drivers have to take a screenshot on their own phones and send to the main M&H

Same day I went to M&H Inverness, item in a different warehouse rented by M&H but still item could not be found. 17/12/2024 Have spent every day talking to @O2 @ DHL who are blaming each other when it comes to claim numbers and confirmation that it has been lost.

@Alick75 Sorry you have had a problem we are getting parcels into us very late at this time of year from the various national carriers and the state that we receive the parcels in is not in our control and we deliver them to Barra via our own drivers as quickly as possible.

Poor service services in Barra with parcels this year, very slow. Just got a delivery from @MHcarriers Ordered on the 29th November and came tonight and half off it smashed. Wife had a small envelope delivered with them also and nothing in it!
