🇲🇱 Azawad Liberation Front and JNIM (Group for the Support of Islam) hit Mali from every direction at once. Bourem, Kidal, Gao, and areas near Bamako, all targeted in a single coordinated push today against government military positions. Striking 4 fronts simultaneously takes serious logistical coordination, and Mali's army is already stretched thin after years of fighting with Russian Africa Corps support that's clearly not enough. The Sahel is slipping faster than anyone wants to admit.

🚨🇲🇱 TERRORIST ATTACK KILLS MALI'S PRESIDENCY SECRETARY-GENERAL He was reportedly killed when his convoy was ambushed near Kerela, around 140 km from the capital, Bamako. While it's not yet clear who carried out the attack, the prime suspects are groups linked to al-Qaeda and ISIS that have expanded operations in rural areas, while the government struggles to maintain control outside major cities. The attack comes as Mali remains deeply unstable, following a 2021 coup that brought a military junta to power and severed the country's ties with France and UN peacekeepers. Source: @clashreport

🇷🇺 The Kremlin says Putin "may or may not" show up to the G20 in Miami this December. But Russia will be represented either way. Trump invited him, saying his presence “would be helpful.” Putin hasn't attended a G20 in person since Japan in 2019. The ICC issued an arrest warrant for him in 2023, but since the U.S. isn't party to the ICC, Miami is technically safe. I say he goes. There’s no way he hasn’t seen Scarface 😂 Source: Reuters

Inviting Vladimir Putin to the G20 would signal to the world that aggression works, and that appeasement is back on the table. America is better than this.

🇨🇺 🇺🇸 Cuba just publicly confirmed it's in direct talks with the United States... President Miguel Diaz-Canel broke the silence: Cuban officials have "in fact recently held conversations with representatives of the government of the United States" to seek a solution to bilateral differences. He invoked the Obama-Castro precedent directly, referencing the only other modern moment Cuba opened this door. This follows the secret U.S. delegation that landed in Havana days ago. Starlink on the table. Political prisoner releases demanded. Compensation for seized American property. And a blunt warning that the island's economy is in free fall. Cuba refused this deal for 65 years. Now the regime is publicly acknowledging the conversation. Media: @nextnews
