Mr @sudhirchaudhary In last 1 year, multiple times, middle class parents had to petition HC against DPS school, Dwarka as their kids faced harassment for increased fee. School even deployed bouncers to stop students from entering school. Even the DM recommended FIR against school, which BJP Govt never registered. Some time back HC again pulled up Delhi Govt & school management for harassing students. Is it appropriate for @Gupta_vijender ji, the Speaker of Vidhansabha to attend program in such private school’s branch?

What happened to their “Pvt School Fees Regulation Act” , is it so ineffective ? Why has there been on FIR against DPS school ? Newspaper is @the_hindu

Parents from many Private Schools like APEEJAY, Birla Vidya Nikentan, Salvan , DPS r reporting that schools are withholding the results or threatening to strike off names of students due to fee disputes. Private school parents r primarily English Newspaper readers but in such cases English Newspapers r reluctant to publish such news. Delhi Govt & Minister Ashish Sood is not helping students. Why ?

Big Breaking Nexus of Private school owners & BJP’s Delhi Govt is again exposed in High Court today. Earlier the BJP Govt gave undertaking in SC that their “Pvt fee Act” will not be operative on the Pvt school fees increased for 2025-26. Now in HC, this act has been rendered in operative for upcoming session of 2026-27 also. This affectively means that exorbitant fee increase by most of the schools in Apr 2025 will not be rolled back. Now parents of Middle class will be forced to pay the increased school fee. We have been saying it from the beginning that this act is a useful legislation which has been brought in for favouring Pvt school owners. This Govt made this act in complete secrecy without taking any feedback from parents or parents associations. No public feedback was taken on this bill.
