NEW: Someone voted remotely in the Michigan Democratic Party nominating convention in Detroit from the eastern European country of Montenegro, according to @SenatorSantana's MSU trustee campaign. @MIForward_Net Speaking a legislator, this ballot proposal will absolutely help us lower energy rates. How? By removing the financial barrier of massive amts of utility money in our politics (to both parties) preventing legislation to hold them accountable for lower rates or more reliability.
