🤔… TopstepX has had 99.9% uptime or more all year.. overall ALL platforms in the trading world do drop whether it’s the actual platform or the data feed to it or the many other things behind the curtain of plumbing that make order matching and trading in realtime happen.

One thing I don’t like… When @Topstep ProjectX goes down damn near everyone is calling out @MichaelPatak . When @Tradovate goes down….. it’s almost all silence.

agreed... super snappy... no lag and little to no downtime with a 4 niner for the month uptime.. TopstepX Jan thus far we have had 99.99% uptime .... for a frame of reference.. The standard we hear for uptime for most trading platforms offered is - 99.9% to 99.99%...

$NQ $ES @Topstep All they had to do was void trades in the outtage windows like the other props and all of this would have gone away. They've now micro-managed compensation for dec outtages and left a large majority of traders out of pocket. Not good enough @MichaelPatak.

Had 2 x 50K XFA's with a combined balance of 50K, got dry shagged with the platform issues in Dec, 1 payout away from moving live. Not holding much hope, its gone downhill from there.

Me too. I have had a generic response that nothing will be fixed and offered a $199 credit. I have 2 XFAs with a 50K balance, 1 payout from moving live. I have asked @Topstep to review it manually, rather than a canned response. It just isn’t good enough at all.
