Comment for an invite code and I will send you one ASAP! We will need to scale this gradually as Shortcut is pretty token-hungry. Tryshortcut.ai A huge thanks to our special projects team of researchers and engineers at @Fundamental

Codes are limited at tryshortcut.ai Beyond doing your work, it also has near perfect feature parity on Excel. Directly edit, import, and export files. That means there is no reason to go back to Excel. It's like going back to VScode after Cursor.

I went to see Hannah Gadsby's new show tonight, "Woof". That was the hardest I've laughed in years. They were brilliant and thoughtful as always.

The performance by @BoilerFootball today has been so embarrassingly bad that it may single handedly increase the need for liver transplants in the state of Indiana.

1/ Why can furosemide improve dyspnea/pulmonary edema from acute congestive heart failure within minutes of administration? The answer does not involve diuresis. #medtwitter #tweetorial

@thomaswoodcock So if you order a medication drip as a physician, you have to go and then physically hang it at the bedside? Not like during an anesthesia case, but like in an ICU or medical ward?

The French system 🇫🇷 Imagine telling NHS nurse graduates that it is their job to put up a drip! Not just about Funding.

For anyone I missed at #HRS2024, check out our results using Queen of Hearts in our cohort of patients presenting with suspected ACS in the month of October. Next stop, clinical implementation!

I hope that people in healthcare administration are really learning that hiring good IT people and keeping up with basic IT practices is more important than triple checking for coffee cups before JCAHO comes around.

@NCPRF CPR is super important, but uh, have the marketing interns ever actually seen CPR being performed on a person? While beautifully written, I'm not sure that "Symphony" is a word I would ever use to describe any code I have been to or been a part of.

In addition to deaths, how many unnecessary ICU admissions has this caused? And then the patients are charged for the hospital stay? Who else has seen this in their ICU? #FOAMed #PulmCC

We would see these patients in fellowship, admitted to the county general after 300mg of IM ketamine, and often intubated in the field. We always wanted to know if that was necessary (that is quite a bit of ketamine) but nobody ever knew who to even ask about it. #FOAm

Medics across the U.S. have been quietly injecting sedatives to subdue people detained by police. Dozens of deaths reveal the practice carries risks, AP finds. apnews.com/article/invest…

Autistic people tend to be pedantic We tend to be analytical & precise about words and their meaning. That is why many Autistic people want April to be: #AutismAcceptanceMonth Instead of: #AutismAwarenessMonth We want your *acceptance* much more than your *awareness*

@olsonplanner What accolades? Nobody gets accolades for a fellowship. As for academic pressure to go on, that's real, but it really depends on if the person loves what they're doing enough to sacrifice the extra income given up while working for a pittance as a fellow.

Kind of like how you shouldn’t go into medicine for the money, should physicians not go into fellowship for the potential accolades? Asking for a friend.
