There is no strong club culture.
Culture is set by those at the top.
It filters down to the through the ranks.
This will take a minimum five years to reverse - maybe longer with Tasmania coming in.

Yesterday the AFL in its findings that everything was Carlton's fault, but BTW here's a list of changes to the game (but everything is Carlton's fault):

What the most baffling aspect of the season to date is they're just letting it play out to get it done.
They probably know the coach will be changed, why wait? Why burn a FULL year and even more goodwill from your fans?

Flynn Riley might be one to watch as a mid-season draft prospect. Not sure if we’ll jump on him, but if he continues to develop his ruck craft and around-the-ground work at this pace someone else might.
