@frkke_ @squadchain Как итог - ребнок через время сказал , что так ответил , потому что чувствовал давление и боялся маму. Но потерянное время не вернуть. Так что в суде - мнение ребенка - важнее любого из родителей если что. Но это видать - "другое" .... так то тоже интересно , как ребенку лучше

@frkke_ @squadchain А ещё,когда суд за ребенка у родителей, у малыша спрашивают с кем будет жить детский адвокат, назначенный судом.И всё бы хорошо - но только вот на моём опыте -это было так , что спросили спустя 2х месяцев отстронения от отца без возможности увидиться и спросили буквально при маме
