Congrats to City of Milwaukee Youth Council member Mateo De La Cruz, who was one of three students appointed to serve as delegates to the Board of School Directors for @MilwaukeeMPS. Mateo is a senior at Reagan High School.

The resolution designating the Milwaukee Auditorium and Milwaukee Arena as historic has been returned unsigned by @MayorMKE . This resolution is now effective. @MKE_CC

The @MKE_CC has voted 14-0 with one member excused to override all vetoes submitted by @MayorMKE . This concludes the deliberation of the City’s 2026 budget.

The @MKE_CC 's budget, as adopted, has been delivered (electronically, mind) to @MayorMKE for his review. It is due back to the council at the close of business on November 18.
